We welcome you with a free drink. Enjoy your leisure time.

Egypt Christmas Tours bring you an exciting day. After breakfast at the hotel you will be taken to the Giza Plateau and be face-to-face with one of the ancient world wonders, the Great Pyramid of Giza, followed by the Pyramids of Chefren and Mikerynos, the Sphinx, and Valley Temple.

We will stop for a pleasant lunch at a local restaurant and next we will enjoy a short trip to Sakkara. The Sakkara Necropolis is also home to pyramids, such as the Red Pyramid, the second biggest in Egypt, and the Djoser's Pyramid.

Time to return to your hotel.

Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

This day of the Egypt Christmas Tours will be exclusively dedicated to Cairo. You will start your tours after breakfast, as usual.  First stop The Egyptian Museum, which holds the largest collection of Ancient Egyptian artefacts in the world. After some time exploring, time to recharge your energies by having lunch at a well-known local restaurant.

Next we will visit Salah El Din Citadel and Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. The citadel was built many centuries ago to protect Cairo from the crusade invaders. You will love to continue the tours in Coptic Cairo, where you will see historical and religious places such as the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue.

Last but not least comes the Khan el Khalili bazaar. This is not just any place. Most probably the oldest open bazaar in the Middle East, you are welcome to explore its vibrant streets.

Return to your hotel for some deserved good rest.

Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

Get ready for a new chapter on your Egypt Christmas Tours. After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport and will catch a flight to Aswan, where you will receive all the usual assistance and will be transferred to your cruise ship and do the check-in.

After lunch get ready for the first sightseeing. You will visit the Aswan High Dam, built to provide electricity to the country to resolve the Nile river flooding issue. With the dam an artificial lake took form: the Lake Nasser.

Next you will see what would have been the biggest piece of stone in Egypt if works were not interrupted due to a crack: the Unfinished Obelisk. We will cross the river by boat to Agilkia Island, where is located the beautiful Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis and Hathor.

Finally enjoy dinner and an evening of entertainment onboard.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Your Egypt Christmas Tour still holds many pleasant tours. And on its 5th day you will sail to Kom Ombo, where you will visit the twin temples of Kom Ombo, dedicated to two gods, Sobek and Horus. You will also visit the Crocodile Museum.

Time for lunch on board, then let's sail to Edfu. In Edfu you will visit the best-preserved temple in Egypt, the Edfu Temple (or Horus Temple), dedicated obviously to Horus.

A pleasant afternoon tea followed by dinner will be served while you sail towards Esna.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

It is time to sail again after breakfast. On the 6th day of the Egypt Christmas Tour you will be mesmerized with ancient sites in Luxor. Upon your arrival you will go straight to Luxor Temple, dedicated to the god Amun, followed by Karnak Complex, the biggest ancient religious site in the world, house of several temples. Karnak was built throughout 2000 years by several pharaohs.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Enjoy your last breakfast onboard the cruise before the definitive disembarkation. On the 7th day of the Egypt Christmas Tours you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the resting place of dozens of pharaohs. Many famous tombs are located there, such as Tutankhamun's and Ramses VI's.

Next let's see the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the powerful female pharaoh that ruled Egypt for over 20 years and built a temple of unique style. Finally, you will stop by the Colossi of Memnon, the twin statues of King Amenhotep III that once were the guardians of a massive necropolis, before enjoying free time in Luxor.

Then, you will catch the flight back to Cairo, where you will be taken to your hotel.
