The Voucher Policy

• Vouchers are issued after booking confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
• Valid for 12 months from issue date and applicable to travel packages only.
• Redeemable only on direct bookings through the Memphis Tours Partners Network.
• Can be combined with seasonal offers, unless stated otherwise.
• Transferable — may be gifted to family, friends, or colleagues.
• Not exchangeable for cash or refunds.
• International airfare is not eligible for Encore Rewards. 
• Voucher value cannot exceed 10% of the total booking, unless advised by our travel consultants.
• Must be activated by 30 September 2026 — once activated, it remains valid for one year.
• Redemption requests must come from the same email or WhatsApp number used for the original booking.
