Personalized Itinerary for You
After receiving your request, our amiable representative will promptly contact you. We will thoroughly go over all the particulars and tailor a personalized itinerary exclusively for you. Once you are completely satisfied with it, we can proceed with the terms and conditions agreed upon.
 

Booking Policy:
Experience your dream tour with our flexible terms and conditions. Begin your journey by making a convenient payment of only 25% of the total cost. Please note that during festive periods, such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter, we kindly request a 50% down payment. The remaining balance can be settled either two days before your arrival or in cash upon your arrival - rest assured, we have everything taken care of for you!

Credit Card Payments:

To proceed with credit card payment, we kindly request a signed letter from you. This letter serves as your authorization for us to charge your card by our terms and conditions. Please ensure that the signature on the letter matches the one on your card and passport.

Fair Cancellation Fees: (Excluding Peak Periods)
If you decide to cancel your Nile Cruise Vacation, the following charges will be applicable:

  • From the date of booking until 61 days prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total tour price will be incurred.
  • A cancellation fee of 35% of the tour price will be charged if you cancel between 60 and 31 days before your arrival.
  • Should you cancel between 30 and 15 days before your arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price will be applied.
  • In case you cancel within 14 to 1 day before your arrival, a full cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the tour price will be imposed.

Moreover, please note that airlines may impose additional fees based on their terms and conditions, and there is also a bank processing fee of 5% on all refunds.
 

Fair Cancellation Fees For Christmas, New Year, and Easter Vacation:
If you decide to cancel your trip, please be aware that there will be certain charges incurred. These charges are as follows:

  • If the cancellation is made from the date of booking until 61 days prior to your scheduled arrival, a 25% fee of the total tour price will be applied.
  • For cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before your arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price will be charged.
  • If the cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days before your scheduled arrival, a fee equivalent to 75% of the tour price will be applied.
  • Finally, if you cancel your trip within 14 to 1 day before your anticipated arrival date, you will be charged the full tour price.

 

It's important to note that in addition to these charges, airlines may also impose their own fees according to their terms and conditions. Furthermore, please keep in mind that there is a bank fee of 5% on all refunds.

 

We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel your trip. However, it's essential to consider these charges and fees when making your decision.

Refunds
By our terms and conditions, if you require a refund, we will promptly process it through the same payment method used for the initial transaction. However, please note that if you fail to show up for your reservation, we regretfully cannot provide a refund. It is important to mention that all refunds are subject to a 5% bank fee deduction as stated in our terms and conditions.

Force Majeure:
Here at Nile Cruise Vacation, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values. We offer a very flexible cancellation policy in case the government or the airline issues a NOT TO TRAVEL warning to the designated destination. In the event of this happening, we will refund you the amount paid for the tour package, or in some cases, your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards any of the destinations we operate tours in. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only flight cancellation/changing fees are charged, according to the airline's terms and conditions, and bank surcharge fees are applied to the deposit amount paid.

Accommodation:
Prices are for two people sharing a room. Single rooms cost extra. We choose hotels based on their quality. Prices can change without notice.

Flights
1. Domestic Flights: The price we quote is an average and the timing is approximate. Changing your flight may change the price.
2. International Flights: We can offer good rates from your home to your destination.

Black Friday Offers:
Black Friday deals will be available till November 30th on our website. Offers are only valid on new inquiries made during the Black Friday sale. Our Black Friday offers may apply to occasional and seasonal holiday packages. Exclusions may apply.

Responsibility
We're not responsible for any problems caused by things outside our control, like weather, wars, or changes made by hotels or airlines. We don't cover any extra costs because of these issues.
 

Special Requests Policy
At our company, we strive to provide a unique and delightful experience for our customers. If you have any specific requirements or preferences, kindly inform us while making your reservation. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests; however, please note that we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all requests, including pre-bookable seats. While we will diligently communicate your special requirements to our suppliers, it is crucial to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions. Please be aware that we may not be able to individually notify you if a particular request cannot be met.
Please be aware that our standard terms and conditions do not require any specific requests. Our main goal is to ensure you have an exceptional experience, and we are committed to going above and beyond to create lasting memories for you.

Children Policy (A Child Share Parents’ Room)
• Terms and Conditions:  

- For packages, Nile cruises, and hotels:

 - Children under 2 years old: free of charge

 - Children under 6 years old: 25% of the total tour cost for an adult individual

 - Children under 12 years old: 50% of the total tour cost for an adult individual

- All children aged 12 or older are considered adults.

- If your tour package includes flights, an additional supplement may apply for your child.

- These terms and conditions are valid for a maximum of one child sharing the parents' room.



• Terms and Conditions - Policy 2: regarding sightseeing tours and shore excursions

- Children under 6 years old: no charges apply

- Children between 6 and 12 years old: 50% of the total tour cost for an adult individual

- All children aged 12 or older are considered adults.

 

Please note that if your sightseeing tours involve domestic flights or ferry boats, an additional supplement may be applicable for your child.
Terms of Photos' Use
 To inspire others with your experiences, we will use your visuals to potentially feature them on our website and social media accounts in the future. Thank you for being part of our travel community.
 
Tipping
Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so.

Complaints
If you have any complaints while you are at the destination, please notify the company immediately because most problems can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists, call the Customer Care Manager while you are still on your tour; after you return home, if you are still not satisfied with the service you received you must write to the Customer Care Management.

General Terms of Use
A. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed by the laws of the UAE.
B. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
C. Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited to register as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
D. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.  
E. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
F. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.
G. We will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries by the law of UAE.
H. Multiple transactions/bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Acceptance of the Agreement:
By accepting the client's booking, the company forms a contract that is governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement serves as the complete understanding between the client and the company. The tour participants indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions by making a payment, either through bank transfer or credit card.
