The 12 days Cairo and Red Sea Holidays Package is for those who want to combine the best of the two worlds that Egypt can offer: historical sites and fun! Explore Cairo, visit ancient temples and tombs in Luxor & Aswan, and historical monuments while enjoying a superb Nile River cruise. Then, it is time to dive in the Red Sea, get a tan, and simply relax in Hurghada.
It is the start of the 12 days Cairo and the Red Sea Holidays Package! One representative will be waiting for you at Cairo International Airport. After the initial assistance, you will be taken to your hotel in a private vehicle. Your tour manager will help you with the check-in and discuss your itinerary with you. After that, enjoy a 'Welcome Drink' on us and have the rest of the day for yourself. If you wish, you can enjoy an optional excursion to the Giza Plateau to watch the fantastic Light & Sound show by the Pyramids of Giza.
Enjoy the breakfast at your hotel. Your tour guide and private vehicle will pick you up for an exciting 2nd day of the 12 days Cairo and Red Sea Holidays Package. You will be taken to the Giza Plateau, where you will be face to face with one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Take the opportunity to also see the Sphinx and the Temple Valley, on the same site. After Giza, you will be transferred to Sakkara and visit the Step Pyramid of Pharaoh Djoser, one of the first pyramids to be built. Return to your hotel.

After breakfast, you will be accompanied by your guide to the new Grand Egyptian Museum the world's largest museum dedicated to a single civilization. After that, you’ll go for lunch at an authentic Egyptian restaurant. Then head over to the Egyptian Museum, in the heart of historic Downtown Cairo, overlooking the infamous Tahrir Square. After relishing the magnificent ancient Egyptian artifacts and treasures, transfer for a quick visit to Khan El Khalili Bazaar if there is time. Finally, you will be escorted to Giza's Railway Station to take the sleeper train to Aswan. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board.

Welcome to Aswan for the 4th day of the 12 days Cairo and the Red Sea Holidays Package! You will be greet and met at the train station and transferred to your hotel. On this day you can choose between Aswan or Abu Simbel tour. The Abu Simbel temples are magnificent temples carved in rocks and built by Ramses II in 1300 BC. They were saved from submerging in the waters of the Nasser lake and moved to a new location. In case you wish to do this tour, then it will happen on Day 5 and the attractions of that day will be visited on Day 4, therefore swapping the days.

How's the 12 days Cairo and Red Sea Holidays Package going so far? After breakfast at your hotel, our representative will take you to embark on your Nile cruise. After lunch, you will visit the Unfinished Obelisk, which would be the biggest obelisk in Egypt if finished - but even unfinished its fame was not affected! Last but not least, let's take a boat to Agilkia Island and explore Philae´s Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Time to return to the cruise and enjoy a delicious dinner.

We are in the middle of the 12 days Cairo and Red Sea Holidays Package, and a lot is yet to come. For today, after breakfast onboard the cruise, you will sail towards Kom Ombo, where you will visit the temple of the same name. This is a peculiar temple, as in reality, we are talking about two identical temples built to worship the gods Horus and Sobek. Return to the ship and this time sail towards another temple, Edfu´s Temple, dedicated to Horus. Amongst the highlights of this place, we can see two magnificent statues in the entrance.

Enjoying the 12 days Cairo and Red Sea Holidays Package? So keep enjoying the morning onboard your cruise while sailing to Luxor. You will pass through Esna on the way. Once in Luxor, the first stop will be Karnak Temple, which sizes make it the largest ancient religious complex in the world. Explore its many temples and take many pictures in the Hypostyle Hall. Then you will be taken to the amazing Luxor Temple, built to worship the god Amun. Optionally, you can watch the Sound & Light Show in the evening, which tells the story of these magnificent temples.

The 8th day of the 12 days Cairo and Red Sea Holidays Package will start with a great morning and breakfast onboard the ship followed by exploring the Valley of the Kings, resting place of kings and princes. So far, 63 tombs were discovered there, including the famous King Tutankhamun's tomb. From there, head straight to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, whose temple is not only spectacular as unique in style. Next comes the Colossi of Memnon, the twin statues of King Amenhotep III, and after that you can enjoy free time in Luxor before we hit the road to Hurghada (around 4h drive). Then, welcome to Hurghada! You will be taken to your hotel where you can rest.

It is the 9th day out of the 12 days Cairo and Red Sea Holidays Package and you will enjoy sand and sea! After your breakfast, feel free to choose amongst sailing, diving, windsurfing, and other activities. It is time to relax and have fun.

Another day in paradise. On this day of the 12 days Cairo and Red Sea Holidays Package you will enjoy your breakfast before you are transferred from the hotel to the bus station to transfer to Cairo about 6 hours drive then you will be met at the station in Cairo and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

It is the end of the 12 days Cairo and Red Sea Holidays Package. On this day one of our representatives will meet and take you to the Cairo airport for your flight back to home. We will wish you a safe return and hope you have enjoyed very much your time with us.
