During the journey, guests visit some of Egypt’s most iconic archaeological treasures, including the majestic Karnak Temple, the royal burial grounds of the Valley of the Kings, and the beautifully preserved Temple of Edfu. The cruise also includes stops at the fascinating Kom Ombo Temple and the stunning Philae Temple, offering a complete cultural immersion.

4 Days Aswan / Luxor Every Wednesday

Your extraordinary adventure commences! Board the Nofret Dahabiya and settle into your elegant cabin with a delightful lunch. At 2:00 PM, set sail down the legendary Nile River toward Kom Ombo, where you'll explore the unique Kom Ombo Temple, an ancient twin sanctuary dedicated to both the falcon god Horus and the crocodile god Sobek. Following a sumptuous dinner onboard, anchor for the night near serene Beshir Island.

5 Days- Luxor / Aswan Every Saturday

Your remarkable journey begins with embarkation in Aswan at noon. Enjoy lunch onboard as the Nofret Dahabiya sets sail toward Kom Ombo. Later, visit the unique Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon-headed god Horus. A delicious dinner will be served onboard as you anchor for the night near Beshir Island.

Start your day with an early breakfast as we sail along the Nile. We'll visit the city of El Kab and explore the incredible rock-cut tombs from the New Kingdom. After lunch on board, we'll sail to Edfu to visit the stunning Edfu Temple. Afterward, we'll continue our leisurely sail, taking in the picturesque scenes of daily life along the river. As sunset approaches, we’ll drop anchor near Ramadi Island for a barbecue dinner under the stars, followed by an overnight stay.

After an early start and breakfast, we'll sail to Gebel el Silsila. Later, after lunch, we'll go ashore to explore the ancient Pharaonic quarries and the fascinating rock-cut temple of Hormoheb. We'll then sail to the edge of al Bashir Island near Kom Ombo for our overnight stay.

After breakfast, we'll sail to Kom Ombo to explore the unique Kom Ombo Temple. This magnificent site is dedicated to both Horus the Elder and the crocodile god Sobek, making it the only double temple in all of Egypt. We'll enjoy lunch on board before continuing our sail to Aswan, where we'll spend the night on the east bank.

Enjoy lunch as we continue our journey to Fawaza Island. In the evening, relax with tea as you watch a magnificent sunset, followed by dinner. We will spend the night near Fawaza Island.

Enjoy breakfast on board as we sail to Edfu. Upon arrival, you’ll visit the well-preserved Temple of Horus, one of the best examples of Greco-Roman architecture. Experience a charming horse-drawn carriage ride to and from the temple. After lunch, we'll sail to the village of el Kab to explore its temple before having dinner and spending the night on el Hegz Island near Esna.

Information

Price quotes are in US dollars per person per trip and are valid until April 30, 2026. Please inquire for pricing over Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays.

We are offering a low down payment of just 50% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, making your booking a risk-free investment.

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.

  • 35% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
  • 50% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.

100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.
 

Additionally, airlines charge their fees, which are subject to the airlines' terms and conditions, and there's also a 5% bank fee on refunds. The cancellation policy may vary significantly for groups or unique itineraries.

We make a donation to the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation for each booking reserved.

  • Up to 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages 12 and up: adult price.

  • If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.

 Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.

You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only flight cancellation/changing fees are charged, according to the airline's terms and conditions, and bank surcharge fees are applied to the deposit amount paid.
