First comes the Egyptian Museum, home of more than 120.000 artifacts (from pharaonic to Greco-Roman period). After lunch we will continue to Coptic Cairo and visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Next in Islamic Cairo you will explore Khan El Khalili, one of the oldest bazaars in the Middle East, functioning since the XIV century. On the 5th day of the Egypt, Israel & Jordan Tour Package you start your Nile Cruise. You will be transferred to the ship before lunch is served. Once ready, let's start our tours in Aswan. First, we will visit the famous High Dam. Its construction caused a real change to Egypt economically, socially, and culturally. Next, it is time for the Philae Temple, which is devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor. On this day you will visit another top attraction, part of the Egypt, Israel & Jordan Tour Package. Let's drive you in a 2.5 hours journey to Petra, Jordan’s main attraction. The city carved out in rocks dates back to the 6th century B.C. and has beautiful facades carved directly into the walls of the mountainsides. Upon arrival you will walk along the Siq and see Petra's main monuments, as the famous Treasury. We will make our way back to Amman and you will return to the hotel. Meals: Breakfast
The Egypt, Israel & Jordan Tour Package is back to Jordan, and today you will visit Mt. Nebo, the place where Prophet Moses gazed at the promised land and where it is believed to be his burial place. There you will visit an old monastery that overlooks the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, Jericho, and Jerusalem. Next it is time to go to Madaba, home of the famous 6th-century mosaic map of Palestine in St. George’s church. Afterward, we drive to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth and where you can easily float on its waters and enjoy its mud's minerals skin benefits. Return to the hotel in Amman. Mosques and all other places of worship occupied a high and greatly respected place in the hearts of most Egyptians There aren’t really special clothes to be put on while visiting a mosque in Egypt; however, conservative attire would be highly recommended. In some mosques, women will be asked to cover their hair and perhaps their arms and legs. Both women and men will be asked to remove their shoes before entering a mosque.
Usually, the check-in time is at 11:00 AM after breakfast and before Lunch. As most Flights arrive much earlier, Immediate access to your cabin will be provided if available. If the option is unavailable, however, you will kindly be asked to wait until check-in time. A good way to kill time and make the most of the previous situation is to start your tours early in your trip.
Normally, Nile Cruise Check out Time is at 8:00 or 9:00 AM right after Breakfast. However, if your Flight or Train is running late, all the cruise facilities are under your beck & call, except the Cabin and the Restaurant. Moreover, you can safely keep your luggage onboard your designated Cruise and explore the city until your flight/train departure time.
